Clearer mic-denied notices in embed and dashboard chat

Nested iframes and in-app browsers often block the microphone prompt without showing a dialog. Voice sessions still connect, but builders had no in-widget explanation — and users assumed there was no audio at all.

The landing live demo, dashboard floating chat, and embed widget now show an amber notice when microphone permission is denied or unavailable. The session stays connected; inbound agent audio does not require a live mic. If the browser blocks autoplay, tap Enable sound after connect.
