Metrics: pick a percentile, see the capacity queue
October 26, 2026 · platform
The Metrics toolbar now has a percentile choice next to the range: All, p50, p95 or p99. It applies to every tab, and the range and the percentile stay put when you switch tabs or share the link. With All, latency charts draw p50, p95 and p99, and tiles show the p95 with the other two under it. Pick p99 and the charts draw only that line and the tiles show that value, with the percentile in the tile label.
Sessions has a new Capacity queue card. It shows how long sessions waited for a free slot, how many of the sessions started in the range had to wait, and a second chart of the most sessions waiting at once. Wait time only counts sessions that waited, so a quiet queue no longer drags the numbers down. The Time to connect chart also gets a line of numbers above it for the whole range.
On the Voice tab, STT latency is back. It measures the speech engine's time from the end of the caller's turn to the final transcript, per turn, and it appears once your agent runs on the latest runtime.
