Hear a voice before you deploy it

Picking a voice used to mean deploying and calling the agent. The Voice settings of a project now have a Preview voice dialog, so you can hear a voice first.
Open Project Settings → Voice, choose a vendor and a voice, type up to 500 characters and press Generate. VoiceThere voices start a speech pool the first time, which takes about 30 seconds, so the dialog warms the voice as soon as it opens. Previews of VoiceThere voices count as TTS characters at the voice's quality rate, and playing the same take again costs nothing extra.
Cloud vendors work too. If the vendor's key is already a project secret, such as AGENT_DEEPGRAM_API_KEY, the preview uses it. VoiceThere charges nothing for these previews; the vendor bills your own account, and the dialog tells you which secret is missing when the key isn't there.
