Voice showcase template and shared-world spawn cap

We documented a new voice-showcase conversational agent template and tightened the marketing shared-world demo so visitors cannot spawn past twenty-five live objects.
What changed
- Agent templates —
voice-showcasegreets visitors, asks for a name, then offers a menu: weather (Open-Meteo), count 1–10, short recipes, and fun facts. The dashboard create-project picker now includes Voice showcase alongside the other seeded starters. - Shared world — Spawn is disabled when the board already has twenty-five objects. A Remove button sends
{ "type": "unregister" }so visitors can drop an object they own.
The landing chat on the home page still uses the existing echo demo until operators redeploy the voice showcase project — see the showcase docs for the planned switch.
